Formats Accepted:
Artwork may be submitted as digital files prepared in Macintosh format or as mechanical artwork or film. If submitting digital files, we prefer those created in Adobe Illustrator® and/or QuarkXPress™. PDF files (Portable Document Format) are also accepted--please embed all fonts or include them with the file.

Digital Media:
Electronic documents can be supplied on 3.5" Diskettes, 100MB Zip Disks, and/or CD. Color-separated hard copies must be included with all supplied digital art.

E-mailing Files:
E-mailed art should be sent in ".sea" (Stuffit self-extracting archive) or ".pdf" format to your Sales/Service Representative. For e-mailed items, color-separated hard copies can be faxed, or a composite PDF sent. Be sure your document is the correct size and include all fonts (screen and printer components for postscript fonts), pictures, and original files. Please do not trap your files.
